Yeah, the Corvette won by a single point! The article does say that the 911 felt better and was more responsive and confidence-inspiring when driven at the limit.

I finally read the article and there is one rather revealing remark about the Corvette. Here's the actual quote:

"The Verdict: Still a great car, but it's not the wunderkind we first thought it was."

It will be interesting to see what they'll be saying 2 or 3 years down the road...
