The Alpine 9835 head unit has the i-personalize feature. I've ordered the head unit and it will soon be installed. I am using speakers front and rear, and a subwoofer.

Anyone can register onto the i-personalize web site. You need only enter an email address (probably generates lots of spam) and a password. You are then confronted what to novice me is a bewildering array of technical stereo information. Settings like delay etc.

Anyone purchased this or similar Alpine head unit with i-personalize feature? And if so, care to share with me your i-personalize settings?

Thats whats on my 9815. Didnt setup any of the parametric EQs or anything, just that.

How are the settings adjusted to achieve "Jazz Club" or "Concert Hall" effects ?

There are the MX setting which compensate well for road noise. IIRC there arent any presets like Jazz or anything, you just have to fiddle to find what you like for the parametric, since the presents will sound different for each set of speakers anyway.
