Default Small vibration in clutch pedal

Lately I've noticed a small vibration in my clutch pedal when it is depressed. I was wondering what could be causing this....

I have his problem in my current daily driver saab. Don't know exactly what it is, but its obvious the pressure plate is suffering from age; the clutch is really hard to depress. How are your engine mounts? When you let the clutch out do you hear any squeaking or metallic noise?

My clutch is easy to depress and I think my engine mounts are good, I haven't had a chance to go over them really well but from what I can tell they are good. No squeaking or metallic noise, just the annoying little vibration in the pedal
