You should sell that car near the govt assistance housing. All the section 8 housing near me has parking lots full of new cars and waterski boats. Thats where the moneys at.

First of all, welcome to Porsches.
Second, as you have found out, being the the position of needing to sell an 83 944 quickly is rather a drag. Sadly the value of these magnificent cars is about zilch. You might try ebay/autotrader or,
as others have suggested, market to those who have 4-5K to spend on a car and are looking at
used Civics or other boring transportation. I assume nowadays this would be the high school/college crowd. (I'll spare the 'when I was your age' stories of walking and taking the bus to school).

Well since Johno lives in Fairfax county, gov assistance housing would be anything that sells for under $300,000.
I have an idea, park it along the street in DC overnight, bound to be gone by morning.
