Hi all,
Got a set of wheels from a guy on ebay for £200 ( about $300 ).
He said they were from a 964 Carrera.
I have test fitted them but the front wheel looks too far inboard, the back wheel dosen't seem so bad.
I have looked at various posts on here regarding offset but I just can't get my head round it
Then while looking on the rennlist classifieds, I saw this ad:

which is for the same wheels ( mine aren't chrome ) in the same offset 52mm. Mine are 6x16 front and 8x16 rear. I want to get some spacers but am unsure what to get .
There are some 26mm & 40mm ones on ebay - will they work?
Please help if you have any experience in this as I'm getting desperate

Your cars offset is 23mm. You need 29mm spacers (52mm-23mm).
The 26mm spacers will work but I think the 40mm will be too much.
