944 colour options

944 colour options
I'm going to need to respray my zermatt silver 944 after I have repaired accident damage.
I've always really wanted a metallic grey colour and I wondered if anyone could tellme how many differant grey options were offered by Porsche for the 944.
I've seen a graphite that looks almost black and a stone grey which is very light. what other options are there? Can you post me a piccy of yours with the paint code

Meteor Grey Metallic LY7Z

Gemini Grey Metallic LZ7Z
Zermatt Silver LY7Y
1984
No changes - spelling of Zermatt to Cermat

Slate Grey Metallic - LY7U

now all I need to do is to match the colour discriptions with a visual image !
Any ideas where I can actually see the colours in the flesh as it were ?
I have no idea how dark or light slate grey is for example.

There was a thread here about unusal color, search the archives and you should be able to find it. If that doesnt work, head to your local paint shop and have them bring out the books.

This one looks like Stone Gray Metallic. My favorite 944 color.

LB7V graphite metallic on a 86 turbo - it was offered in 86 too. Sami951 has better pics espec since hes the only one on here who will listen to me and stealthed his rims
