Default Doh - need new hatch lock pins

I was attempting to adjust the little conical threaded things that hold the hatch closed and overdid it a little. I snapped one clean in half, and the other one is hanging on by a thread.

Anyone have these, or the whole little black assembly for sale ?

Could I get them from a dealer ?

Thanks,
Mike.

There's a set on ebay under "Porsche 944 parts" search.

Don't get 'em at the dealer if you can avoid it - I think mine were $80 for the pair (ouch!)

I just had the same thing happen I ordered mine through Stoddard Imports
http://www.stoddard.com/shop/default.htm
I called them and they had them in stock. I paid $14 for the lock pin(944 538 547 00) and the nut(477 827 035). They sent them the next day.

Jez, they kill you with those switches and electronic parts. At prices that high, I would rather open up the part, draw out the circuit, and try and see what the problem is. Maybe wick out a bad part and solder in a new one. I mean, living in AZ, I really want my A/C control switch to work, but not for $420 bucks!!!! WOW

For real hoots sometime, ask 'em to price you a crankshaft. Last I heard it was about $3,000.
