Hi,
Just keep in mind that the woofer you choose and the size of the box need to work together. Some woofers are specifically designed for ported boxes, others for specific sized sealed enclosures.
For a woofer selection you can try www.partsexpress.com. Look at their "Quatro" woofers. 4 ohms and designed for small sealed enclosures. I'm using thier 8" in the KLA box and it seems about perfect to me. I believe in some cases they even give a size recomendation which are usually given in cubic feet or a fraction of a cubic foot, so just try to calculate the INTERNAL dimensions of the box and find a woofer that was designed for that size. Parts express also has things like speaker terminals, wire, connectors etc. if you need them. Another place to try is www.madisound.com and there are others as well.
Also use some polyester to stuff the box at least half full.
The sealed box that fits in that cubby is very small for a 10 inch woofer so I think it is worth it to look for one specifically designed to work in a small sealed enclosure.

I've started working on one that will fit the driver's side cubby. Don't have much yet but was wondering if anyone can suggest a foam that can be sprayed into the cubby and then will expand to fill the
cubby?
TIA
