if you want the spreadsheet I used to get 15k from Geico for my S2 and the letter i sent them, send me a PM.

If you have receipts for a lot of recent work, and can get backup from people that recently sold/purchased 951s you may be able to get a few more $$ out of them.

That would probably help out a lot...I do have quite a lot of receipts for recent work, as recent as just a month ago....for 1300 dollars...so yeah, that would be nice...pm getting ready to be sent

The red one looks pampered. Its a definite possibility. Take time and care inspecting your next car. It dont NEED to happen NOW...just happen...which it will. I think a 1990 S2 can even be had in your price range. Put feelers out. Stay active in your search, and be on top of any new ads that appear daily, everywhere. Its legwork- but it will soon be replaced with wheels....

Tim,

I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area- where this car resides...Get an address, and I'll bring my Porsche ASE inspector/wrench-head to give you the verdict. Sometimes the best cost alot...you know it may be worth it!

PM me.
