Default Possible WTB 944 NA or S2

This is part of my friends autoX car search.
Specs:
Must have: LSD, 5-speed, good body
Would like: Red w/black int, lower miles, sport suspension, 83-84 or 89 if 944; or any year S2, records of up to date service.

Would like NW region, but will consider all areas within US. Works in progress OK, but no junkers.
Thanks!!

Im assuming you want 83-84 for lightness. Just as a reminder, the 86 was the lightest year.

86 was the lightest Turbo, but the NA it was the early one IIRC.
Is there something I'm missing?

the 86 may not have been the lightest but I believe it was the "fastest"

Has he even tried Ebay? or auto trader? I mean. thats what people on this forum will at the most do. look at ebay and autotrader and maybe post a link.
unless someones selling one. But who would want to sell an LSD auto-x monster?

Jason, I have one of the only early LSD cars I have come across, I got lucky and the owner did not know about that, Option code 220 is a sure sign, but be sure to jack it up to check. They are rare, but do exsist, and yes it is alot of fun to have the LSD for autox makes a serious difference!

Campeck,
I know all about Autotrader/Ebay/Craiglist/ect.................there is about 20 different sites I goto on a regular basis looking for P-cars. This post is for the guys that have these cars, and have been on the fence about selling, but haven't advertized yet.
Thanks anyways for your educational comments.

Carl,
That's the kind of luck we are hoping for, I'm glad to hear all the news of your car's re-creation. Keep it up!!

Jason,
On the other side of the continent - here in NY is an 84 with sport seats, konis, sways, and LSD. very low miles, terrible color, guy wants 6k. he says mint, I say very clean.

Remember when only grown ups could afford a porsche and kids drove camaros.
