Arrow North Central IL Starved Rock Foliage Run Inquiry

Greetings all, I know fall is at our heels now and this region is experiencing patchy leave color right currently: http://www.weather.com/outlook/drivi...fileToView=il1

Who all would be interested in a Foliage Run at Starved Rock in Utica, IL? I figure the leaves will be past peak by early Novemeber depending on how the frost frequency situation goes. Please lend me your comments and suggestions on when would be a good time to organize a GTG.

Thank you and take care!

Of course everyone is invited, watercooled, aircooled, boosted and NA's. Well first off what day works the best: Saturdays or Sundays? I work Saturdays, but am certain I can take a day off if needed. I will try and get a couple of my neighbors involved as well, one has a 02' 996TT, and the other guy has a 911SC with only ~2600 miles, or his 356, but it might be in winter storage now. Wisconsinites are welcome of course as well, and anyone else who can make it. What does everyone have going on Sunday the 24th? I am booked the two prior Sundays (10th and 17th), but like I said if Saturdays would be the best for all of you, I can take it off work (then I am open from now till up in November Saturday wise). I am unfamiliar with the roads in Starved Rock seeings how I have never been there so any Starved Rock veterans would you care to lead the tour around the park?

If you can handle the BMW I can probably make it.

Suuure Matt, you and your BMW are more than welcome. It is more about the people than the cars, they are just something we all share in common and are fanatics about. What dates and times will work all?

I'll probably be home next weekend (16th-17th) and Halloween weekend, and might be able to make it.

Saturdays or Sundays work best? I would appreciate a consensus so I can take time off work if needed. Any times better than another?
Thanks all!

I'd say its about an 1 hour straight south of Rockford. Some of the other Wisconsin guys, or Michelle could probably tell you better.
