Well, you know, we could always use that date for a clutch party instead.

We will not have our Nov bid schedule until Thursday afternoon.

There are some nice roads up that way. We've been up there a couple of times in the last 2 weeks (in the truck though).

Like today.....

I can make the 14th - fun run or clutch party. Either way it sounds like fun.

Sounds cool...I'm free on that Sunday. If we do a clutch party, at least it will be a short drive.

Thinking about fixing the bumper on the NA this weekend....that or the coolant tank on the Turbo.

AND - I put in the cibie headlights on the NA (from Iceshark, just the headlights not the entire wiring kit - that's for the turbo). Man, these things rock! I had my brights on during the drive back from Dallas Sunday night and got 'flashed' by a semi on I-45. The high beams are killer bright, and these are the low-wattage bulbs!

Bump. This is getting closer. I'd like to see who all would like to do this.

Clutch parts aren't in yet, so no-go on that idea.

On the other hand, the NA is running smooth again. The wonders a new fpr and vacuum check valve will do. Go figure.

Did not get off on the 14th. But we have our "trip trade" window tomorrow, so, I might be able to move that trip.

Should be a nice drive. I have been driving all over the Lake Livingston area the past few weeks.

I have absolutely no idea about the 14th right now. I will be at Road Atlanta for the American Road Racing Championships (ARRC), the "national championship" of regional SCCA racing including IT of which I'm a member of the club advisory committee. I'm in Dallas for 3 days this week. On the 21st (my birthday) I'm running my first half-marathon in Austin. I may need a breather that weekend. I will be a last minute if at all.

Dang Geo, for an unemployeed bean counter you sure get around!
Just funin ya - hows the job search going?

James - nice house - lots of land for a BIG garage!

We've got a wedding this weekend at our house, so all concentration is there for now. Looking forward to next week and having all of this behind us. On a side note, the game room is now populated with both a pool table and a poker table. Anyone up for a party in Katy?

OK I was able to move my trip to the 15th, so I'm in.

2 car garage is all they will allow. But, it is finished out and nicer than the current setup.

This also means renting out the Kingwood house....What have I gotten into...

James - it's all good. Jump in the pool with the rest of us and we can all drown together.

I think I'll just stay here on the edge and watch, thank you. Maybe a little dangling of the legs in the water every now and then just to remind me how cold the water is.

Good luck on the house, James. Looks nice from here!
