Default Who has Manual sunroof parts

OK, I am not going to break my back over this sunroof. It pretty evident by all the post that these early designs are not worth the effort. I am going manual, who has the parts or where can I get them please. Thanks!

I would be interested as well. Can we buy the parts from Paragon? Or is this a junk yard special?

I've got a set out of a '78 924 you'll need to get 2 new clips though as the ones i have are broken but other than that I have a complete manual sunroof, just let me know what you need.

all you need are the two rear latches to make the conversion.

The manual latches do no center well in the detents on the early power sunroof panels. This will cause the fiberboard liner to break down if you don't carefully peel back the vinyl and enlarge the rear latch cutout area. If possible try to get the entire manual sunroof, with all hardware, and repaint if necessary. You can leave the existing plastic track guides on; the new latches will tighten up just fine. It really is pretty easy to do. Good luck getting your old latches to disengage if the lifting arms are not releasing. I ended up unbolting the rear track guides to get the lifting arms off. After that it's takes 15 minutes tops.

in a few weeks I anticipate having a pair, I converted my electric roof to manual and have decided I dont like it, and plan on going back to electric. I miss having the tilt mechanism, which I want when the car is parked outside on a hot day. Also, the latches didnt work as well on the late style roof as the tutorial ones did for the early roof.
