Good.. I think Scott will send me the nipple... and for the fan switch, I might have to break down and get one. Thanks for the offer Theedge... we'll find one here in the states that will only cost a few cents to mail.

For the euro plate, I used 2 small screws with some locknuts in the stock mounting holes. I simply drilled through the plate to attach it.
