Vacuum lines, Auto trans cooler lines, fuel lines, Brake lines.

I'll think of more.

if you are changing the oil pan gasket you should change the motor mounts too since they have to be removed $300 for parts. while you are in there you should also change the rod bearings $150 for parts and labor.

Or, you could skip the oil pan gasket for a few years, and replace it when it is leaking, and save yourself $300 now.

Nah. I have the cash. I want to make sure that before I drive this car that I have covered all my bases. Now I know there is a point where one has to say enoughs enough and just drive the car. I just want to make sure I am covering the a-typical stuff right now. I don't mind spending the money to be honest. Peace of mind is a priceless thing

then skip the oil pan gasket. wait until either the motor mounts start to go, or the oil pan starts to leak.

You are spending a lot on labor to do the oil pan gasket. in order to get to the oil pan gasket you have to remove the motor mounts. in order to get to the rod bearings you have to remove the oil pan gasket.

make sure the rest of the car is not a lemon before spending the $$$. Been there, done that. Had 26k into the S2 I paid 11.5k for. Got 14k when it was stolen. Im still hurting from that reaming.
