Default help with part #

i need to buy another connecting rod to replace my spun #2 rod. i see a used set on ebay for a decent price (surely 1 of those 4 will work ok) but the part # listed does not appear anywhere in my porsche PET.

listed part #: 9441031013

I need part #: 944 103 008 00

can anybody make sense of this auction?

Ok, the 9441031013 is not listed on the PET cd

The 944 103 008 00 has been dropped and changed to the following part number:

944 103 008 02 for engines M44.05-10

Hope this helps

hosrom - thanks. i believe the con rods are the same for the n/a 8 valve and 16v 2.5L engines. at least for the later cars. early con rods are different i think.

at $40 for the auction, i guess it can't hurt to buy them and see....
