Default Center cap creep on Fuchs wheels

Suddenly all of the center caps on my Fuchs wheels seem to be slowly creeping out of the wheels. After a short drive (over bumpy Chicago roads) the center caps on several wheels are sticking out about 1/8" all around. I usually go around the car and just tap them back in with my shoe. However, this is not a long-term solution.

I believe that these are just a friction fit. I thought that next time I have the wheels off, I can remove the centercaps and clean the area with brake cleaner. Maybe that will remove any brake dust that may be contributing to the "creep."

Anyone else have a similar problem? The weird thing is that it just started on all of the wheels at the same time. No problem for 18 years then suddenly they start to move?!?!?

Yea, I get the same thing, hasn't got so bad that they start clicking like the old pontiac centers though.
