Restoring Phone Dial Rims

My Phone Dials are all old and yellowish looking. Whats the best way to go about bringing them back to new.

I hate to say this out of the box, but do a search. I know I did a detailed write up last year as have several others. There is everything from full bore Wurth's refinishing to a inexpensive sand and respray.
