How to attach a towbar???

I did not fab the bar, but can take some pictures next time it is hooked up. The bar was not that expensive already made (about $175) and had pivot joints that move both up and down and side to side.
We went with the pull the bumper off, weld the bumper shocks solid and fab a metal bumper of sorts that the brackets mount to. I run lights that are attached to the roof of the car magnetically and away we went. Drove about 700 miles without issue (although my truck/towvehicle did seem to burn an excessive amount of oil ).
