Default Timing Belt job - Torque Specs?

Does anyone know what the correct torque settings are for the Upper & Lower balance shaft sprocket bolts, the 3 spring tensioner mounting bolts and the balance bolt tensioner roller bolts? Hopefully I can get my water pump / timing belt job wrapped up tomorrow.
