Default header panel again.

ok so theres about 2 bolts in each headlight area, and 1 going sideways in each headlight area, and 4 or 5 across where the latch for the hood is right? are there any bolts below where im thinking the bolt on panel folds under? im hoping to make my new one into a weld on piece. also, im going to be rebuilding my power steering stuff. i was wondering if it is a good idea to do teflon and stainless lines for the lines? i figure it should be cleaner last a long time look cool and also keep my new rack and pump seals from being contaminated. but can it work? any reccomendations?

there is 1 facing OUT from the car on each corner of the header panel, 1 facing IN in the black thing in the center of the header panel (underneath it) on each side, 4 or 5 10mm bolts down the where the hood is.

Clarks Garage has a detailed writeup on removal of the header panel with pictures (which is always a plus).
