I put them on about 8 weeks ago. 225 45 R17 on the fronts and 255 40's on the rear. They are loud and you need to run them a couple of miles to smooth them out if the car has been sitting. The stock size for the fronts was 205 but Kumho doesn't make that size. Tire Rack recommended the 225's. I have noticed that they do stop the car better but that could just be the new rubber and not the up size. The Boxter rims and larger tires to cause a rub in the front on hard bumpy turns and I did notice the steering is just a bit stiffer.

They certainly are soft and grippy. Given the miles I put on the car, I am hoping to wear them out before they start cracking. Only complaint I have so far is the overly artistic side walls look a little cheap when you actually notice them. I have an autocross event in mid August I can let you know more then.

Just got back from the tire shop with 4 new ES100's, very quiet on the usually noisy surface of the I5. not sure how they will handle the twisties, it was a pretty straight run.
Thanks all for your input.
