GT3 Daily Driver --Wake me up (With Pics and driving impressions)
 

Well, I am pushing the limit of affordability, but, what the heck, I only live once. I always dreamed of a GT3 as my daily driver to complement my 951 track car, but I thought time was running out with the limited production and all. To my surprise, after a little research, I found out that there are GT3s on dealer lots that have not been sold and are going for discounts!! It is still a boatload of money, but well spent, I believe. I purchased a 2004 Seal Grey / Black Full Leather GT3 from Charleston SC today. I have yet to see it, but plan to drive down on Monday with my trailer to bring it home. I am afraid I might wake up and realize it's still a dream. Once reality hits, I will post details on the driveablity, and of course, will post pictures. All are welcome to enjoy it with me during the next Charlotte GTG, if I can make it. (I will do my best). The 951 will remain as my track car, and occasional daily driver. I have too much invested in it to consider letting it go. I will keep you updated.

During Parade all the DFW area dealers were offering a $10K discount on any new GT3.

Congrats - I had a choice between a new house and a new Porsche. Joyce made me buy the house. In the end it really wasn't much of a choice at all. Buy the Porsche - sleep on the couch. Buy the house - sleep with... well, you know the rest! :D
