hey everyone, i have all my buts and bolts labeled in bags...but this one bolt i managed to miss while bagging them...can anyone tell me what it's for? thanks...

I agree, the one in the power steering pump came to my mind...

YES thankyou so much guys...it was actually in the vicinity of my power steering rack and my pump...but where exactly on the pump does it go?

Connects either the line going to the steering rack or the return line to the reservoir to the pump (they have different part numbers so may be different sized bolts.) It looks like there is an aluminum crush ring on the banjo bolt, but there should be a second one between the hose fitting and the pump housing. If you have lost it, pick up a replacement (or better yet two so that you can use new ones) from a dealer. You will have to know which hose it came from; the high pressure hoses uses 14 x 18 mm crush washers (900 123 042 20) while the return line to the reservoir uses 16x20 mm (N 100 184 01.)
