Default Flush mount fuel door.

Hi

Has anyone tried fabricating something interesting with their fuel door?
I was thinking of a flush mount or Dodge Viper style fuel door.

Default No rice, just meat and potatoes.

Wasn't exactly looking for a sticker to go along with my top fuel wing. More nostalgic like the old Ferrari, Jag or Vette with the chrome pop-up cap.
A flush mount would be innovative but dufficult due to the door placement in the Porsche's hip.
Early muscle cars actually got it right with the gas cap in the back panel. Probably because you spent half your time there. When I filled up with my 68 Camaro I didn't have to wait for a pump on thr correct side to filler up. I'd love to see how many kids could find the gas cap on a 57 Chevy.
I guess I should lay off on watching Monster Garage, Overhaulin and Rides for a while. Chip Foose is the "MAN".
