Default G Red 944 -- not another teen movie !!!

well the satire flick about teen movies ( fretty funny one at that ) even went as far as include the Guards red 944 from " Sixteen Candles ". It's not the same car of course, but I thought that it was funny that they used that reference.

I have the movie on CD, DVD and Divx. Well, was just catching it on The Comedy Channel and saw the scene where the guy drives up to LAX and over the loadspeaker says " The Poorsh 944 parking in the loading zone will be towed "

Anyway, just thought that was funny..

Whats really funny is the music video for heavy metal band Helloween's song, "The Perfect Gentleman" features a 968 cab! Its a hilarious video made to poke fun at people too full of themselves. It has some great driving footage too!

I've spotted Porsches in a bunch of movies in the background too. It usually makes a dumb more fun all of a sudden.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who caught that. Bugs me every time I see the movie now. (And it bugs whoever I'm watching the movie with when I point it out. )

The red 944 appears in a lot of scenes in not another teen movie. Its parked in front of his house, Jaines house, and in front of a party too. When he pulls up to the airport, the lady on the loudspeaker says "Attention: All 1986 Red Porsche 944's parked in the dropoff zone will be towed"

"Oh hi... how'd you get in here? I locked the doors."

"...there's a hole in the side of your house"

That movie was riot! The exchange student in it always wore the same outfit- NOT complaining!
