there is also a touring class, which does a gimmick rallye.. no fancy race stuff needed like roll bars etc...
here is how a gimmick rallye works.

the stages have already been done and timed out and the goal is to get closest to that time. no going over the speed limit.. it you get a faster time than the time designated to do the course you get penalities. but if youre too slow you loose. the one who is closest to the over all time to do the course wins. its all about being smooth, having a good navigator, following directions, etc.. quite challenging actually.
