I used to have a suburban, I actually had my friend's honda 750 in the back once. I had to get rid of it when the rust hole in the left rear wheel well got big enough for a family of cats to get in and out and take up residence, that and the tailgate fell off. Funny how the 2 biggest POS I've ever owned were also the only 2 GM products.

No one's arguing that suburbans don't have a bigger payload than a wagon (those things are HUGE) or that no one ever uses 4wd. Just that 98 per cent of the people that own them don't use those capabilities.

They buy them because they like driving big heavy honking trucks they think they look cool in, or because they want to make sure they come out ahead when they ram somebody in a car.

I love slagging SUVs. It's too easy.
