IMHO - Naah.... too many tight corners to clean...
General cool look rules : Largest rims with lowest profile that can fit....
Porschewise..... I stay with Porsche designs... (if I had to change)

No... from me too. The original Porsche wheels are much more distinctive, and better looking. Those rims look dated. Interestingly, none of the P-car rims from that period look dated.

i used to have BBS RS wheels on my 951 (the classic gold spoke center with covered lugs). they looked really nice, though definitely 80's.
my opinion is stick with original Porsche wheels - can't go wrong there.

Three Wheelin'
I like the D90's best of all the "stock" options of that vintage. Just cleaned mine this AM and was noticing how much I like them. I think they still look modern enough. I find there's a stylistic conflict when you put Y2K+ rims on an 1980's car.
Phone dials scream "volkswagon rabbit" to me - but that's just an opinion.
As for the wheels in the photo - althouigh a bitch to clean - I like 'em.
But YOU have to live with them - so don't just let the list tell you how to style your car.

Oh NO!
Someone said they look pimp!
I can't have a 944 that looks pimp....maybe I'll keep the dials on there and get some cup 1's later on......
By the way.... what's so special about the rear bumper?
It's a standard UK bumper!
Cheers

I still love the phonedials.. I even have one as a footrest.
Check the sig line about Speed Racer..
Harry, They arent any heavier than the rest.. but the 15" Fuchs you have are extremely light- so anything in comparison would seem heavy.
Pick up an aftermarket 17" twist sometime.. That's heavy.

I gotta say those just don't go with the car. And phone dials look good, but i love my fuch's!! I think those would be the best to go with. My 944 is black like yuors with black fuch's and it just looks awesome. They are classic, elegant (to a degree) and sporty all at the same time. But hey, its all opinion.
