Hey guys,
I have been looking for a spare door for my mr2 for a very long time and I finally found one in the States. The only problem is I will be paying for shipping but I want to pay for shipping once the item arrives up here in Canada. Does anyone know if it's possible to ship a large item such as a door by regular mail and by COD across the border? if not is there any courier that will do this because I know Fedex and ups wont. thanks everyone

What exactly is an escrow service. I cant believe that there is not a single company out there that will not send the package collect over the boarder. With greyhound you can ship it collect but only on a national basis...you'd think by now with all the competition in shipping that someone would be offering this service by now

escrow is when you get an intermediary company to hold your payment for you while you wait for the item to arrive. once it arrives to your satisfaction, you notify the escrow company to give your payment to the seller. they'll usually charge a % of however much money your making them hold on to. i've only done this thru ebay so i dont know who or how you would go about doing this

UPS has COD. I used it often a few years ago. Check again. Dal
