Default '87 struts

Are front struts on '87 na cars the rebuildable type, or the non-rebuildable throw-away type?

They are the throw-away types but there is a conversion option.

Install http://www.paragon-products.com/prod...8641-1414s.htm inserts using the http://www.tech-session.com/kb/index...x_v2&id=69&c=4 procedure.

Dash...

When I replaced my shocks/struts I did so with OE Boges. With what I now know (Thanks to all the folks here on Rennlist) I wish I'd bitten the bullet and gone to the rebuild with Konis (ala Paragon)... Well, next time!!

I just wanted share that in case you're fence-sitting on which way to go. My car is strictly a daily driver (unless I'm in some twisties with no cops around, and then it's a Trans-Am Audi Quattro and I'm the reincarnation of Paddy Hopkirk!!!). I'm willing to take on a little harsher ride to gain in handling and safety.
