Unhappy Racing a 924...and losing

Last saturday I was in a circuit competing against other Porsches (not racing but 8 laps divided in 4 rounds, just 2 cars each round and the times of the 8 laps are added, obviously faster total times win)
I lost to a guy that had a 100kg advantage - he raced without copilot and he is around 25 kgs lighter than me (I raced with a friend that is around 75 kgs and I´m 115 kg at 1,92 mts)
He was faster than me each lap about 3 or 4 seconds and I was wondering if any of you can calculate how much of this difference may be atributed to the 100 kgs more I was carrying.
His laps 1,17-1,18 mine's 1,21- 1,22 the circuit is around 1600 mts with 4 chicanes added
There was a brand new 911 GT3RS competing and he did a 1.04 lap

My guess is that alot was from driver. In 944-spec racing I have seen guys will cars that are 100 lbs heavier go faster than other guys. I have also seen guys shave 2-3 seconds off of simlar lap times as your just from more time driving the car.

Yes, for sure that most of the difference was on me (and my lack of experience ) but next time if he drives alone I will do the same

Man, how are things in Argentina? Spent a week in Bahia Blanca in 1971. Most fantasitc steaks I've ever eaten. The women were beautiful and everyone was so friendly. I hope things haven't changed, except if for the better.

Since 1971 lots of things have changed most of them for the worse, we still have beatiful women and great meat (char broiled) but 50 % of our population is in poverty row.
Excellent country but our politicians suck (and steal)
