The classic car market is getting softer by the year (a result of demographics that isn't likely to change course), and the 92/4/6 range just isn't going to be "collector's cars" (save for the very special variants). I know people think values for the range are creeping up, but if you adjust for inflation, they really aren't.

Given all that, and the deferred maintenance (seller said it needs a new CV, no recent belt service, body issues, etc.), I'd say that was a fair price for that car.
