Default Passenger electric window

Hi. My passenger electric window only works from the drivers side. I've swapped the switch over from drivers side to passenger and same result so it's not the switch. I've had the door card off and can't visually see any problem.
any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

When you swapped the switch over to the passenger side, did you install the passenger switch in the driver's side? Both switches have to be in the circuit for it to work.

That looks great, thank you. I'll go through it next weekend and see how I get on

I'm having a similar problem I just made a thread about as well. The Clarks Garage link is great, another useful step is jumping the regulator pins with 12 volts straight to the motor. Reversing the polarity will change the direction up or down. You can do this if you've got an extra car battery and alligator clips lying around. If the regulator won't work with direct power none of the other stuff is going to help until that gets taken care of.

The brown wire on the passenger side switch is not connected to ground like it should be.
