Default Timing Belt Kits?

Are there any places that sell a timing belt kit that includes everything i need for a belt job? Also is it possible to use an S2 Belt on an N/a. I heard they were thicker.

I believe the width of the belt for the 16v cars is wider than the belt for the 8v. I would think there is no problem using it, i read a post a few days ago where someone did this. They said that the 'whine' you get when installing the correct width belt just never goes away.
