Ashton,
First off, the engine bay looks great, very sharp. Second off, if you don't mind me asking, how much did your dad pay for the sport seats. I REALLY want a perfect set of black leather sport seats and I am trying to figure out what the market price is. Cheers,

hey. dan.
when you go over there give my regards to Al. he did a fantastic job!!
and tell him I found out about him from you!! I saw your cam tower and showed dad. called Al and worked from there.

the sport seats were gotten off ebay for 350 bucks I believe. the have wear and some rips=cheap.

the vacuum lines Im not sure were my dad got them. and the zinc plating was done by a nearby shop were they dipped them in yellow zinc!

Dan, get forum member Pauerman's fuel lines, look like those but get rid of the hose clamps everywhere but on the damper drain - a far longer-lasting, safer choice. Lindsey Racing sells the vacuum line kits in 3 colors.

Looks really nice.

Headsup, make DAMN sure you check the tightness of those clamps on the fuel lines, one of mine worked itself loose.... Thank freaking god I had the hood up and saw it leaking in time to save my car.

Do you run it without the belt cover?

Looks really sweet! Someday I want to do all of that to my engine, too. But right now, I don't have the tools/knowhow/testicular fortitude to play with the timing belt. Maybe I'll just have to source another cam carrier and have it ready for the next time all of that comes apart.

And your cat looks like my roommate's cat! Burmese?

BB.

Wheels are from http://www.928gt.com/Wheels-Tires/wheels.htm
but I got them from a guy that had them on his 993 for a short time. A little polish on the outside lip and they'll look good as new.

Mike C. - yes we run the car without the belt covers.

I have the same sport seats. I had serious wear on the drivers bolster, so I had it repaired.

To stop the stress on that spot again I switched the seat backs.

Walah the spot is now on the passenger inside.

Campeck, looks great. Even a nice new coolant tank.

Way to do it right. Thumbs up.

awesome work on that engine dude! You're cat seems to be getting bigger as each day goes by Are your manifolds and cam cover polished? Or is that high heat 'aluminum' color paint? They look great!!!

are you going to gut the cat? the car's cat i mean?

just kidding. Al Reed did the polishing on my D90 rims and clearcoated them - nice job and he has a good reputation.
