Default Paint/adhesive remover

I have some pink paint or something on one of the fuchs tires i just got. I was wondering what i could use to get it off without damaging the tire or the rim (if any is spilled). Also, there is some duct tape adhesive stuck on the sidewalls. I tried scrubbing it with a sponge and soapy water with little progress.

Thanks.

Goof-off or 3M adhesive remover - don't leave it on too long if it's on clear coat. Clean thoroughly and wax immediately after

Is it on the wheel or the tire? When Maaco painted on my tires, I just blasted the tires with carb cleaner, and the paint just wiped off.

The paint and adhesive is on the tires. If it was on the wheels themselves, id have a few angry faces in my post
