Default Fiberwerks Rear Bumper -- Review

Well, I finally got arount to mounting the fiberwerks rear bumper I ordered. My initial impressions were favorable. I've only bought one other fiberglass piece that looked better out of the box. (And it wasn't the AIR splitter, if you're wondering.)

Downside, if you plan to use this for a street car you better not be scared of doing some additional glass work to it. It arrives with brackets to mount it up, but the sides of mine poked out further than the rear quarter panels. This is apparently common, as the instructions suggest getting some fiberglass mat and resin and adding some additional brackets so you can suck the sides in to the car. All told, probably about 8 man hours to get mine mounted, modified, right and ready for paint.

Overall, I like the look. I'll post some pics when it gets back from the paint shop.
