Does anyone know where I could get parts to convert my 944 to a Strosek? The only supplier I've found is Jacquemond. But the prices for the kits are damn expensive. For the conversion the parts alone would run about $8800. I'd like to find somewhere to get the rear hatch for less than $2300. Please Post if you know of any distributors. If your wondering what the strosek 944 looks like visit Jacquemond.com.

That thing is hideous IMHO. I don't think it's worth anywhere near $8800, I could see maybe 2000 for the whole thing without the hatch another 500 for the hatch.
I think you'd be better off with a vented nose panel, fiberworks bumpers, and clear turn signals, when iceshark finishes his kit, then you could use that or get one from gt racing.
Sorry it's just my $.02, but to each his own.
Good luck on whatever you do.

To true $8800 is more than a bit pricey but I really like the hatch which is the only piece I'm really interested in. But for $2300 my interest has all but disapeared. I'd like to find the hatch for some where between $800-1300. But if not I'll just use lexan glass and one of lindsey racing's massive wings.

Too bad, there was a front header panel and lights on Ebay about 3 weeks ago for a few hundred bucks IIRC. Maybe do a back search and see if anyone bought it.

Jacquemond.com has plenty of pics of both the strosek style (GT2) and it's other wide body kit the Novia. I would post these pics but haven't figured out how to insert Images into my posts.
