Wait till I get home and get the camera out. Every time I get a parts car with a good one, I end up selling it to one of you guys, and my 84 still has the original.

Doh! Picking up my first 944 tomorrow evening (1983) so I won't have a digital picture up in time for the contest, but it definently needs a new boot... Still, this kind of contest is REALLY cool and is the sort of thing that made me sign up...

Here is my shift boot. It's not pulled down at all if you really wanted to pull it down I could uninstall and install the shifter lol. Let the worst shifter boot win

I know this contest is closed, but I finally got my digital camera out and took a picture of the one which was in my 944 up until a few weeks ago.. Its REALLY bad and I just have to show this to SOMEONE.
