Default Fiberglass Q...

Ok so im mounting my AIR rear bumper, I need to trim a piece to make it fit, how do I grind down fiberglass? THX-chris

I dont wanna hack job so i wanna do it right.

Do not know what tools you have, but I used a 90 grinder with a rotary file to trim my airwerks bumper, then applied a thin coat of resin, finish sand and prime and paint.

D/A works just fine, or you can use a die grinder with the sand paper mandrel.

Depending on how much you have to shave off, I've used an air body saw with a fine tooth blade on my front bumper, and sanded with a die grinder.
