Burma Shave, what i ment was they gave me 1 free quart. I had to buy the rest at list price though.

There's your problem right there. They suck. I worked for them for 13 years, I should know. The number of people in that entire company who know what they are doing and/or care about customers (and other people, the environment, laws, etc) can be counted on one hand.
