Default Balance shaft belt replacement interval

I was checking the dealer service records more closely on my 944, and I noticed that the PO had the timing belts done at 40k mi. But it only listed the timing belt as being changed in the parts list. Wouldn't they just change the balance shaft belt at the same time? It would seem ludicrous to me to save $30 bucks or so once you've gone to all the trouble to get in there. I mean, if the balance belt goes, it can take out the timing belt, and then you know what happens...

BTW I have 65K mi on it now, so I should be good for another 15k, right?

If there's a parts list see if two belts are lisyted, there is only one cam belt the second one is the balance shaft belt.
