Julian Allen: Excellent shot! nice to get around them 'modified beetles,' eh?

keith: I guess I'm not the only one running mis-matched wheels!
Now you just gotta paint one set!

Great pictures everyone - keep them coming! Anyone have more pictures of 944's in a pack at the track? (gotta get the 44-cup, 944-spec, Spec-944...etc. guys to contribute!)

Oh, thats right, that was the event where my twin was there. I guess we would need a time machine to clear my foggy memory as to if I was behind xsboobs or if we can zoom in really close to see my fractured splitter.

Default Autocrossing the 924S

Here is my shoot, complete with wornout struts (Note the complete bottom out of the front suspension). It was still very fun though!

I've corrected that problem over the weekend, and had a proper alignment more attuned from Autocross done. Still running street tires, but that is better for the learning processes. If I can learn to be fast on street tires, I'll be that much faster when I more to R-Compounds next year.

My buddy with the hyundai (below me) found this picture on some website...printroom.com I believe. I just found this in my e-mail after returning from the canadian GP. This was from an auto-x in the beginning of may...since then, paul bought a nice light set of 16" wheels with good rubber, did the tiburon big brake upgrade, added a front strut brace, and an oil catch can. We think he is getting blowby from the cylinders though because on his 2nd run in the last autocross he blew a bunch of smoke, and his oil catch can was dry. His car doesn't have an oil baffle or windage tray, so we are thinking of modifying the one from my toyota to fit his car, or he may to a tiburon motor swap. Pictures:

ribs: just let your Hyundai buddy co-drive your car once, and he'll be looking for his Porsche soon enough!

Z - What suspension do you have? I thought you had the M030 package on your car?

Vaino:
Nope, I don't have M030, and I also don't have LSD. Oh, and I don't have any suspension for that matter!

The car did come with option 474: Sport Shock Absorbers (Koni Yellows). But they are tired by now.

I think I'll ride out this season with my stock suspension. (The plans are for something like 400lb coil-overs, and 150/200 lb and freshened shocks!)
At this point, I'm more concerned about my car's 'behavior' on the track rather than what class I run in autocross.
