Default Momo "Porsche Crest" Horn Button Question...

I bought the porsche crested momo horn button awhile ago on ebay, went to install it the other day and noticed it only has one metal tab vs. the two metal tabs for the original momo horn button for the two wires. Im guessing this thing is broken, can anyone confirm?

I have the same thing, so its not broken, I got mine to work, one wire on the button hook, the second down below where the round horn wire hits.
Good Luck

Sam, I don't think it is broken either, when I tried to buy one from MOMO here they said they don't make them anymore due to copyright issues, so I am guessing yours is aftermarket and slightly different from the original

I have one too, it is made to use the steering shaft for ground and the tab is for the 12v side. not to worry.

Connect the ground wire to a ground somewhere that's grounded, the horn button grounds to the car (using that circuilar clip on the bottom), so you just need to make the horn ground wire connect to the car somewhere.

IIRC, you should have a silvery metal plate that mounts under your wheel, between the wheel and the hub. The plate has a flange (points out toward driver) to which the horn button assembly can ground. In that instance, your horn button should just kind of snap in place and a bare bar/wire that isn't really visible in your pictures should contact the flange. If you have a copy of the Momo steering wheel instructions, the horn button you have is the same type as picture A, example 2a.
