Default My car has a new home!

Yay,

its not perfect, but it was free, from my moms friend's house that was moving and had no room to carry it to their new home. I'm going to eventually get something to put around the sides, but for now, it at least keeps those catipillar looking tree droppings off of it.. and somewhere to work on it in the rain!
(YES YES I KNOW, THERES OVERGROWN GRASS! i'll be taking care of that soon enough, i'm going to put gravel down there, just for my car. )

So, which car here is getting the most attention.

Make sure it's well anchored or it will scratch the h out of your car when it goes over in the next big wind.

Yep, drove stakes in at all 4 corners, and the two rear corners are also tied down!
the last carport they had, actually did do what you are saying. collapsed right on their benz! did a lot of damage.

thanks for the worry though

Can you adjust the metal poles that hold it up? It would protect from the "elements" a lot better if it was 4 feet lower.

yeah yeah. im going to make sides for it by strapping up tarps if i can find some big enough. its in a pretty low wind area.... between the cars, trees, shed, and trees across the street.. so the rain wont blow in too much.. i just wanted to mainly keep the tree crap from falling straight on to it.
