Eyal,
A more important factor for brake cooling than the size of the opening in the wheel is how the air is directed through the opening. Think of the wheel as a spinning fan. There are axial and radial fans and the so-called “twist wheel” is an example of an axial fan moving air out of or into the rotor area. Most wheels though just perturb the air and some (such as the Design-90 wheel, which I like the looks of) are just too smooth to move much air.

Now that is beautiful. Something tells me RED Anodized wheels on that car would be cool too. Maybe the hidden ricer in me.

I like the gemballa champion wheels that I think have been posted already. Unfortunately they dont come in 17" :-( I also like the atp wheels on Perry's car but getting them in the right offset is not easy, maybe not even possible anymore :-( When I get the money I will probably go with ccw with silver or titanium centers if that option is available.

Fuchs in 16" with a polished lip look about as hot as anything, and methinks they'd cost a HELLUVA lot less, too.
If you're refering to the Fuchs being a HELLUVA lot less expencive than PDs, you've got it backwards. Fuchs go for about twice what PDs go for in the same sizes and considering how much better they are I'm suprised there's a market for early offset PDs at all.

Some beautiful wheels (and cars)! Especially like Fikse and HRE's.

I'm still partial to Fuchs. I know they're old school and dated (Hell, so am I). BUT they're light, strong and look pretty good too:

Dave, my bad. I would guess Fuchs are a BUNCH cheaper than Fiske 17's or whatever Billy Badass 17" / 18" wheels are this shiz-nit of the month. Putting tires on 16's (Phones OR Fuchs) I KNOW is cheaper...

It's cool. , I wasn't sure which wheels you were refering to. They're both a LOT cheaper than Fiskes.
