Angry the right hub adapter

What is the right Sparco hub adapter number fot an 88 951? 7004?

I just got my new Sparco ring (I'm 6'6", I need the D shape) and the hub doesnt seem to fit right. Is there some modification that needs to be done to the steering columb? It doesn't seem to fit all the way onto the splines and the horn contact doesn't look like it would work.

I got the wheel and hub from paragon and it lists it as "911 89-94, 944 85.5-95, 968 - 7004" BUT THE NUMBER ON THE BOX IS 01502079.

I'm confused.
