SoCal, nice avatar. Is that a Scud missile I see on the back of that truck?

For a five or six year old in the mid 50's it was magic on wheels. Luer Meat Packing company sponsered the west cost broadcast of Space Patrol with Tom Corbett Space Cadet . So they commissioned a trailer with a rocket on it. The rocket had seats and a movie screen in front. The seats vibrated along with the 5 or 10 minute movie. Definately an E ticket ride!

Check out this web site:http://www.solarguard.com/cadetnew.htm

You will find links to the Luer Rocket. Seems that Ralston sponsered the program in the mid west.

I agree with you guys. Pablo is wasting money on the 951 project. His header that reduces high end power got me pretty pissed off. I thought he would pick cost effective mods, not $4,000 intercooler insulation jobs.

Makes me sick.

That's great!!

I have always wondered what that was from the first time I saw your avatar. I actually thought is was a legitimate NACA, NASA or Air Force project (what a fool I am).

At the risk of giving away your age - were you one of the lucky youngsters to experience the magic? It looks awesome.
