Default Equal restraint

Quick question:

Under the "equal constraint" rule, if the driver's seat has a cam-lock harness is it ok for the passenger seat to have the same harness but without the cam-lock?

Thanks!
Tom

Yes - you should be fine... As long as both are 4 belt or five belt or six belt (or both are factory belts..). they just have to be a similiar belt system.

I notice you are in So. NH - so if you are worried about the NCR NHIS event coming up - don't be, you'll be fine.... If you run into an issue, let Edgar B. know you asked beforehand, and find me there - but I doubt there will be an issue at all....

Thanks John,

I'm actually heading to the Mont Tremblant event next weekend. I probably won't be doing NHIS this year, but if the Tamworth events don't happen I'll probably change my mind (if I can afford it!).

Thanks again,
Tom
